'Biggest Loser' Host to Gain Baby Weight

Allison Sweeney is following in Caroline Rhea's footsteps both professionally and personally.

The second host of NBC's "The Biggest Loser" is pregnant again, reports People.

This will be the second child for Sweeney and husband Dave Sanov. They already have a 3-year-old son, Ben.

Sweeney, 31, revealed the happy new Monday night (June 23) to the cast of the upcoming sixth season of "Biggest Loser."

"She told them that, in a season all about family, hers is about to get bigger," says her rep, Carrie Simons.

Sweeney is also known for playing Sami Brady on "Days of Our Lives" since 1993.

Just last month, Caroline Rhea, the host of the first three seasons of "Biggest Loser," revealed that she's pregnant with her first child.
