This would be the first child for the couple, who has been married since 2003.
Poehler, 36, is on a roll. Her comedy "Baby Mama," costarring Tina Fey opened in the top spot at the box office this weekend. Also, her Nickelodeon cartoon, "The Mighty B" -- which she writes, produces and voices -- also made its debut over the weekend.
Arnett, 37, is best known for playing George Oscar "G.O.B." Bluth II on "Arrested Development," on which Poehler played his nameless wife. The two also collaborated in "Blades of Glory," playing the amorous brother-sister ice skating team.
Arnett's recent credits include "Semi-Pro" and "Horton Hears a Who." He's currently shooting the big-screen comedy "When in Rome" with Kristen Bell.
