The comedian tied the knot in Vermont

Sorry, ladies. Funnyman Craig Ferguson is now a married man.

The "Late Late Show" host brandished his wedding ring and announced on Monday night's show that he wed girlfriend Megan Wallace Cunningham in a secret ceremony over the holidays.

"The wedding took place in Vermont, where they have legalized gay civil unions -- and I married a woman," said the Ferguson, who joked that his wedding rign wasn't "just bling."

Ferguson, 46, went on to joke that he acted both bride and groom during the ceremony, showed a picture of himself in a kilt with his new wife, tried out "Cragan" as his new couples nickname and insisted that even though he was married, he could still flirt with his guests.

"If we ever get George Clooney on this stage, all bets are off," he quipped.
