The Sexiest Man Alive has a new gal in his life.

Luciana Damon and husband Matt Damon are the proud parents of a baby girl.

According to People (which bestowed the Sexiest title upon Damon in the first place), Gia Zavala Damon was born on Wednesday (Aug. 20). The "Good Will Hunting" Oscar winner's rep tells the magazine "Everyone's doing great. She's a healthy baby girl."

This is the second daughter for the couple, who met in Florida when Damon was filming the Siamese twin comedy "Stuck on You" back in 2003. They married in late 2005 and their first daughter, Isabella, was born in June 2006. Luciana, an interior designer and former bartender, has a daughter, Alexa, from a previous relationship.

The "Bourne" star has Steven Soderbergh's "The Informant" and the Iraq thriller "Green Zone" on tap. Damon has talked, though, about taking the rest of the year off after finishing reshoots on "Green Zone."
