Dylan McDermott Files for Divorce
Actor had been married to Shiva Rose for nearly 13 years
The actor filed for divorce from his wife Shiva Rose on Friday, May 16, reports People.
In the court papers, citing irreconcilable differences, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, McDermott, 46, is seeking joint custody of their daughters: Collette, 12, and Charlotte, 2
The couple met in a coffee shop and were wed in November 1995. They separated last year.
McDermott, who played defense attorney Bobby Donnell on "The Practice" for many years, returned briefly to TV with the now-defunct "Big Shots" on ABC. His film credits also include "Twister," "In the Line of Fire," "Miracle on 34th Street," "Texas Rangers," "Party Monster" and "The Messengers."
Rose, 39, has made guest appearances on "CSI: Miami" and "Las Vegas." On the big screen, she recently starred in the romantic comedy "David & Layla" opposite David Moscow.
