Ethan Hawke will have a new addition to his nest.

The "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead" star and his girlfriend Ryan Shawhughes are expecting their first child together, reports People.

"I can confirm [the pregnancy] and they are thrilled," says Hawke's rep. "No further details will be made available."

Shawhughes first met Hawke when she was hired as a nanny for his two kids -- Maya, 9, and Levon, 6 -- whom he has with his ex-wife, Uma Thurman. The "Kill Bill" actress and Hawke married in 1998 after they met on the set of "Gattaca," but she filed for a divorce six years later amidst rumors of his infidelity.

Hawke, 37, has received two Oscar nominations, one for adapting the screenplay for "Before Sunset" and another for his supporting role in "Training Day." His film credits also include "Dead Poets Society," "Reality Bites," "Quiz Show," "Hamlet," "Assault on Precinct 13" and "Fast Food Nation."
