Gael Garcia Bernal and his girlfriend are expecting, while Diego Luna has a new baby boy

The young co-stars of "Y Tu Mama Tambien" have grown up and are starting families.

Gael Garcia Bernal and his girlfriend Dolores Fonzi are expecting their first child together, while Diego Luna and Camila Sodi welcomed a baby boy into their family on Tuesday, Aug. 12, reports People.

"This statement is to say that, after so much speculation and comments, the actors ... are indeed expecting a baby at the start of next year," Garcia Bernal's production company, Canana Films, said in a statement Wednesday, Aug. 13.

Garcia Bernal, 29, and Fonzi, a 30-year-old Argentine actress, met when they co-starred in 2001's "Private Lives." The actor, known for "Babel" and "Amores Perros," once dated Natalie Portman.

Luna's baby boy was born in a Los Angeles hospital. No other details have been released.

Luna, 28, and Sodi, the 21-year-old niece of singer and actress Thalia, met on the set of "The Night Buffalo." They tied the knot in Mexico City in February 2007.

Luna has appeared in "Amores Perros," "Frida," "Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights" and "The Terminal." Sodi appeared in "Deficit," which was Garcia Bernal's directorial debut.
