'CSI's' Gary Dourdan Busted for Drugs

Actor was taken into custody in Palm Springs

There's no rest for the wicked, namely "CSI's" Gary Dourdan.

The actor was asleep in his car when officers busted him on suspicion of drug possession in Palm Springs on Monday, April 28, reports TMZ.com.

Dourdan, 41, was snoozing in his car at 5:21 a.m. when law enforcement approached the vehicle and made the arrest. They allegedly found him in possession of heroin, cocaine, ecstasy and prescription pills.

He was booked at the Palm Springs Police Department and posted $5,000 bail after five hours in custody.

Dourdan currently plays Warrick Brown on CBS' "CSI." He was previously seen on "Soul Food" and "A Different World."
