Actress was treated for anxiety and depression

Heather Locklear is out of the woods.

The former "Melrose Place" and "Spin City" actress has left the clinic where she was treated for anxiety and depression, reports People.

Locklear had checked into an Arizona facility in mid-June for "an in-depth evaluation of her medication and ... proper diagnosis and treatment." At the clinic, she rode horses, received therapeutic spa treatments and spent time alone, which was occasionally interrupted by welcome visits from boyfriend Jack Wagner.

During this time, her daughter Ava, 10, spent time with Locklear's ex, Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora.

In March, paramedics responded to Locklear's home after a 911 caller reported the actress was on the verge of a suicide attempt. Her rep said at the time that Locklear was "fine" and that no one in the house had placed the call.

Locklear recently completed work on a Lifetime movie called "Flirting with 40." Her other recent credits include another Lifetime flick, "Angels Fall," and guest appearances on "Hannah Montana" and "Rules of Engagement."
