Hugh Jackman Named People's Sexiest Man Alive
Rob Pattinson, Daniel Craig and Ed Westwick also make the cut
This year, you have to go Down Under to find out who's on top of the sexy game.Aussie actor Hugh Jackman has been named People' Sexiest Man Alive this year, thanks to his epic "Australia," in which he co-stars with his fellow countrywoman Nicole Kidman.
In the latest issue, Jackman, 40, reveals that he's a happy family man ever since he met his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness on the set of Australian TV show "Correlli."
"She was my leading lady. It was just undeniable," he says. "I started planning to propose to her at about three months. We are happy. Deb and my kids [Oscar, 8, and Ava, 3] have been the best things that have ever happened to me, without a doubt."
He also reveals how he keeps the passion alive in his relationship (staying in costume from the set), his sexiest body part (his smile and pecs are tied) and what he wears to bed (boxer briefs).
Other stars featured in the Sexiest Men issue include 007's Daniel Craig, Jon Hamm of "Mad Men," teen heartthrob Zac Efron, "Lipstick Jungle's" Robert Buckley, Blair Underwood of "Dirty Sexy Money," the devilishly handsome Ed Westwick from "Gossip Girl," eight-time gold medal Olympics winner Michael Phelps, country singer Blake Shelton, Chinese pianist Lang Lang, "Raising the Bar's" Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Javier Bardem, "Twilight" vampire hunk Rob Pattinson, Joshua Jackson from "Fringe," and soccer star David Beckham.
"Australia" premieres nationwide, on Wednesday, Nov. 26. The special issue of People hits newsstands on Friday.
