No word if the marriage will take place before or after baby is born

Now that Jamie Lynn Spears is about to enter into motherhood, she might be giving matrimony a shot as well.

The "Zoey 101" star is reportedly showing off an engagement ring from Casey Aldridge, the father of her baby, according to People.

Spears, who turns 17 on April 4, has reportedly been flashing the ring to friends and family around Louisiana and Mississippi.

There's no word on when the wedding will take place. The baby is expected this summer.

Spears, the younger sister of Britney Spears, began acting on the Nickelodeon comedy-variety show "All That" and was known for playing a number of characters including Thelma Stump, an octogenarian bodyguard with a penchant for bacon. Later, she landed the starring role in the Emmy-nominated "Zoey 101" as Zoey Brooks, the first girl to enter the former boys-only boarding school Pacific Coast Academy.
