'My Name Is Earl' star and girlfriend Ceren Alkac are parents of a daughter

Jason Lee is a father for the second time.

The "My Name Is Earl" and "Chasing Amy" star and his girlfriend, Ceren Alkac, welcomed a baby girl to their family earlier this month. The baby was born Aug. 10, his representative tells the celebrity mags. No other details, including the child's name, were released.

Lee also has a 4-year-old son, Pilot Inspektor, with ex-fiancee Beth Riesgraf.

The couple was reportedly seen waiting in line for a marriage license at a Los Angeles County courthouse in June, but Lee's camp hasn't said anything about possible nuptials. Lee was previously married to photographer Carmen Llewellyn from 1995-2001.

Word of Alkac's pregnancy leaked in late April, and Lee said they were expecting a girl on the "Today" show in early May.

Lee is currently at work on the fourth season of "My Name Is Earl," which premieres on NBC next month.
