Dancer didn't collapse backstage after the 'Dancing With the Stars' results show

It's a "Dancing With the Stars" pro, not a star, who had to be rushed to the hospital this time.

Perky dancer Julianne Hough was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Tuesday night after taping the live results show after suffering stomach pains, reports People.

The dancer-singer's rep says that Hough, 20, "was experiencing slight stomach pains all day that increased and the doctors thought it was best to have them checked out," but "didn't collapse" backstage as was previously reported by another celebrity news source.

Despite Hough's discomfort, she powered through a high-energy day of entertainment, including a pre-taped segment singing her hit "My Hallelujah Song" while dancing with her fellow pros Mark Ballas and Derek Hough, her brother. The segment will air later in the season.

Hough also performed a lively jitterbug as an encore dance with her partner Cody Linley during the result show telecast. About 40 minutes after the show wrapped, however, she was seen getting into an ambulance.

So far, this season has proved to be full of injuries. Comedian Jeffrey Ross scratched the cornea of his left eye, Brooke Burke bruised her foot, and pro beach volleyball player Misty May-Treanor tore her Achilles tendon, requiring her to pull out of the competition.

Hough has two back-to-back wins for "Dancing With the Stars" with Olympic speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno and racecar driver Helio Castroneves.
