Actress already has one son, Oliver

Julie Bowen's household will have a new addition this spring.

The "Boston Legal" actress and her husband, real estate investor Scott Phillips, are expecting a baby next year, reports People.

"She's thrilled," says Bowen's rep.

This will be the second child for the actress and her husband. Their son Oliver was born in April 2007 after her water broke on the set of "Boston Legal."

The couple has been married since September 2004.

Bowen, 38, who is best known as English teacher Carol Vessey on "Ed," plays attorney Denise Bauer on "Boston Legal." She's also appeared on "Weeds," "Lost"and "Party of Five."
