Actress will appear in Arthur Miller's post-WWII drama 'All My Sons'

On the heels of the tepid "Mad Money," Katie Holmes is hoping for a better reception on the Great White Way.

The 29-year-old actress has signed up for her Broadway debut this fall in Arthur Miller's "All My Sons," report news sources.

Holmes joins a cast that includes John Lithgow, Dianne Wiest and Patrick Wilson.

Holmes will play Ann Deever, the daughter of Steven Deever, who was blamed for selling damaged airplane parts during WWII, causing the deaths of a score of pilots. The real culprit is Deever's partner Joe Keller, whose son Larry was Ann's former beau and who went MIA for three years.

The actress will appear on stage six nights a week.
