The actress gave birth to a baby girl, Willow

After playing a single mom in "Eagle Eye," Michelle Monaghan is now a mom in real life.

The actress and her husband, graphic designer Peter White, welcomed a baby girl into their family on Wednesday, Nov. 5, in Los Angeles, reports "Entertainment Tonight."

"The proud parents are overcome with joy," says a rep for the actress. No other details were released.

Monaghan, 32, first met White at a bar in New York in 2000. They married in August 2005.

Monaghan recently starred opposite Shia LaBeouf in the thriller "Eagle Eye" and Patrick Dempsey in " Made of Honor." She's also known for her roles in "The Bourne Supremacy," "Mission: Impossible III," "Gone Baby Gone" and "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang."
