There'll be one real baby bump on the set of 'Secret Life of the American Teenager'

Molly Ringwald and at least one of her children will be pretty in pink this summer.

The "Secret Life of the American Teenager" star is expecting twins -- one boy and one girl -- with her husband Panio Gianopoulos, reports People. The twins are due in August.

This will be the first son and second daughter for the couple. They already have a 5-year-old daughter, Mathilda Ereni.

Word is that the pregnancy will be written into the ABC Family show, which should be interesting since Ringwald's character is the mother to a teenager who has fallen pregnant.

Ringwald, 40, has been married once before. She and Gianopoulos, a 33-year-old writer and book editor, married in 2007.

She is still known for starring in the '80s teen classics "Sixteen Candles," "Pretty in Pink" and "The Breakfast Club."
