Happy news was announced on the Good Charlotte website

It's not time for Nicole Richie to put away the onesies just yet.

The former "Simple Life" star and boyfriend Joel Madden are expecting their second child, it was announced on the website for Madden's band Good Charlotte on Saturday (Feb. 21) night.

"What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!" Madden, 29, writes. "God has truly blessed my family. Hope your [sic] all feeling as good as i am right now."

The couple had their first child, daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden in January 2008.

Richie, 27, had since returned to the small screen to make a guest appearance on NBC's "Chuck" as a former classmate of Yvonne Strahovski's character Sarah.
