Orlando Bloom may have love Down Under, but he's not about to walk down the aisle.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" hunk's girlfriend, Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, denies a report that the two are engaged, according to People.

"The story published in the Australian Sunday Telegraph suggesting Miranda exclusively revealed she is getting married is completely false and misleading," says Kerr's rep. "Miranda herself has clearly stated she is not engaged. There is nothing else to be said."

The story in the Australian paper had reported that Bloom, 31, and Kerr, 25, was planned for the middle of next year. The couple, who have been together since October 2007, may not be betrothed, but they are still going strong. A recent interview in which Kerr had expressed interest in settling down in the country with kids someday helped fuel the false report.

At age 13, Kerr won the Dolly magazine/Impulse Model competition in Australia. Later she became Victoria's Secret's first Australian model. She once appeared as herself on "How I Met Your Mother."

Bloom is best known for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. He next appears in the anthology film " New York, I Love You" due out next year.
