'Desperate Housewives' Star Becomes a Dad Again

Wisteria Lane is the hip place to be for babies.

"Desperate Housewives" actor Ricardo Chavira and his wife Marcea Dietzel welcomed a baby girl into the family on Monday, July 28, reports "Entertainment Tonight."

The child, named Belen Elysabeth Chavira, weighed 7 lbs., 12 oz. when she was born at 5:59 p.m. in San Antonio.

The couple already has a son, Tomas, 5. They were married in 2007.

Chavira isn't the only "Housewives" actor to enjoy relatively new fatherhood. Co-star Kyle MacLachlan and his wife, "Project Runway" executive producer Desiree Gruber, became the proud parents of a baby boy, Callum, on Friday, July 25.
