Rob Lowe, who plays a respected senator on "Brothers & Sisters," isn't getting respect from his former employees.

The actor filed three lawsuits Monday, April 7 against two of his former nannies and a former chef, reports People, claiming breach of contract, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In the case of one nanny, Lowe actually aired his grievances on The Huffington Post. She is reportedly demanding $1.5 million from the actor and his wife Sheryl "or she will accuse us both of a vicious laundry list of false terribles," which would "damage and humiliate" his family.

Apparently, the nanny had worked with the Lowes and their two sons over several years, even traveling with them. She abruptly stopped working for them several weeks ago without a word or replacement. She finally sent a text message to Sheryl, which Lowe included in his post, explaining why she left:

"Sheryl, I am really sorry," the text begins. "I have nothing bad 2 say about your family and really am thankful for what you guys have done for me over the years. I hope we can handle this as friends. I did not leave out of spite or anger, it was just time for my heart to let go. I am embarassed that I just up and left like this but I could not see another way."

The message continues in a similar vein, not hinting that later she would threaten the couple by spreading "malicious lies." Later in the post, Lowe claims that one of the nanny's colleagues admitted that the nanny had a "crush" on the actor and often said, "I wish he would get a divorce."

The drama continues with a second longtime nanny for the Lowes. A 26-page suit against her details her claims that Lowe cheated on his wife by having "a personal and intimate relationship" with the nanny.

She has also allegedly "bragged" about giving Lowe a massage during a trip with the family, an incident the couple says never happened, and claimed that Lowe sexually harassed her. The nanny also allegedly calls Sheryl Lowe an "overly demanding" and "abusive" employer, who made "inappropriate comments of a sexual and racial nature" to her.

In the final complaint filed against the family's former chef, Lowe claims the man had the chutzpah to have sex on the couple's bed "with third parties" when the family was out of town. In addition, the chef allegedly stole the Lowes' prescription drugs, which he shared with his friends, broke several security cameras and overcharged them for food. To add insult to injury, the chef allegedly called Sheryl Lowe heartless, cold and "unclean."

On "Brothers & Sisters," Lowe, 44, plays the fictional Senator Robert McCallister who is married to Calista Flockhart's character Kitty Walker and is running for President of the United States.
