Another Hollywood couple has called it quits.

"40-Year-Old Virgin" actress Catherine Keener and "My Best Friend's Wedding" actor Dermot Mulroney will be officially divorced after 17 years of marriage. The union will formally dissolve on Dec. 17, and according to documents obtained by "Extra," "There are irreconcilable differences between the parties that have led to the irredeemable breakdown of the marriage, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage, through counseling or other means."

Keener, 48, and Mulroney, 44, met while filming "Survival Quest" in 1987 and were married three years later. They've been separated since May 2005 and have one son together, Clyde, 8. Neither party will pay spousal or child support.

Keener has supporting actress Oscar nominations for "Being John Malkovich" and "Capote." She's most recognized now for "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" as the woman who deflowered Steve Carell's character. Mulroney's film credits include "The Wedding Date," "Must Love Dogs," "My Best Friend's Wedding" and "Georgia Rule."

The couple costarred in 2001's "Lovely and Amazing" and co-produced "God Grew Tired of Us: The Story of Lost Boys of Sudan."
