'Friday Night Lights' actress Aasha Davis' sister missing

Lesley Herring hasn't been seen since arguing with her husband on Feb. 8

Lesley Herring, the sister of "Friday Night Lights" and "South of Nowhere" actress Aasha Davis, has been reported missing.

Herring, 46, vanished in early February after an argument with her husband at their Hollywood condominium, reports the AP.

Davis reported her sister's absence when she didn't show up for work several days in a row.

"She is a creature of habit," Davis said at a Tuesday (March 24) news conference. "And this is why her disappearance is so alarming to us."

Oddly enough, Detective Chris Gable claims that the missing woman's husband Lyle Herring hasn't been fully forthcoming in order to aid the investigation. He has yet to be asked to take a polygraph test.

"I would describe his cooperation as fragmented and less than helpful, not someone I would expect as a grieving husband," said Gable.

Lyle Herring has received threats over money he owed, and police are pursing that lead. Police are asking the public for any information that could help the investigation.

Davis played the tragic Chelsea Lewis on The N's "South of Nowhere" and had the recurring role of Waverly Grady, the girlfriend of Smash (Gaius Charles) on "Friday Night Lights."
