Actress will pay ex a lump sum and child support

Anne Heche, who is expecting a baby with her former "Men in Trees" co-star, is officially free from her ex-husband.

The 39-year-old actress and Coleman Laffoon are officially divorced as of Wednesday, March 4 when a judgment was reached regarding spousal and child support, reports TMZ.com.

Heche will pay Laffoon a lump sum of $515,000 and $3,700 a month in child support. Both parties will share equal custody of their 6-year-old son Homer.

Heche and Laffoon married in September 2001, a year after she ended a three-year relationship with comedian Ellen DeGeneres. They split in January 2007, and Laffoon filed for divorce a month later.

The divorce just got nastier from there, with Heche soon after accusing him of being a deadbeat dad, frequenting strip clubs and watching porn.

Heche is currently pregnant with the child of James Tupper, her co-star on ABC's "Men in Trees."
