'Full House' Star Jodie Sweetin Splits From Husband

The actress has filed for separation from Cody Herpin

Jodie Sweetin won't have quite a full house anymore.

The former child star filed papers for legal separation from Cody Herpin, her husband with whom she has a baby girl, reports People.

Sweetin, 26, filed the papers and cited "irreconcilable differences" on Wednesday, Nov. 19, in Orange Count, Calif. Although she is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Zoie, apparently she has already left home, taking the 7-month-old with her.

"I was dumbfounded," says Herpin, 31. "Over this past month something has been different. I'm concerned about our daughter and I just want [Zoie] home."

After years of methamphetamine addiction, Sweetin credited Herpin for turning her life around. The actress' agent claims that Sweetin is "absolutely clean" but did not give any other details about the reasons for the split because she "didn't want to be disrespectful to [Herpin]."

The couple were married in Las Vegas in July 2007 and had Zoie in April. They were reportedly working on a reality show together. Sweetin was previously married to police officer and semi-pro tennis player Shaun Holguin.

The actress is best known for playing little Stephanie Tanner on "Full House" opposite Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and also had a little notoriety as a temporary host on Fuse's "Pants-Off Dance-Off."
