Heather Locklear The former "Melrose Place" and "Spin City" star is undergoing evaluation at a clinic in Arizona. Her publicist tells the celebrity mags that Locklear, 46, "has been dealing with anxiety and depression." "She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment," publicist Cece Yorke says in a statement.
