'Greek' Guy Busted for DUI

Scott Michael Foster is due back in court in August

Cappie's run into a little trouble, but it's not a fraternity prank this time.

Scott Michael Foster, star of ABC Family's dramedy "Greek," was arrested Monday morning, July 21, for driving under the influence, reports TMZ.com.

The actor was busted in Hollywood, charged and then released.

He is due back in court on Aug. 11.

Foster, 23, stars as Kappa Tau fraternity president Cappie on "Greek," which will return for its sophomore season on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
