'Crossing Over'

Harrison Ford moves away from his typical big-budget dramas – and taps into the character-actor instincts that have served him well on other occasions – with writer-director Wayne Kramer's ("The Cooler") modest drama about a righteous immigration officer who gets more than he bargained for while seeking a missing person. He also discovers terrorism plans and a colleague's (Ray Liotta) corruption.
