Zach Cregger and Trevor Moore – members of the humor troupe known as "The Whitest Kids U'Know" – are the writers, directors and stars of this comedy about a young man (Cregger) who has a prom-night accident, then emerges from a four-year coma to find his girlfriend (Raquel Alessi) has moved on to become a Playboy Playmate.

Hugh Hefner turns up as the hero tries to retrieve his true love.
