A family gets a lot more than expected – and you can guess from the title what it is – in this thriller reportedly based on actual events.

Moving near a clinic where their son (Kyle Gallner) is being treated for cancer, a couple ( Virginia Madsen, Martin Donovan) are shocked by inexplicable occurrences in their new residence, which happens to be built on a site where a funeral home used to stand.
