One of the more challenging series that television offered last year, given its back-and-forth timeline approach, this superbly acted FX drama casts Glenn Close as the imperious chief of a New York law firm. She's not above using anyone in her quest to bring down a business magnate (Ted Danson) responsible for costing his workers their livelihoods. Her newest employee (Rose Byrne) becomes an essential part of the crusade. Also in the sterling ensemble cast are Tate Donovan, Anastasia Griffith, Zeljko Ivanek, Philip Bosco and Peter Facinelli.
