A Canadian-based series that proved popular enough in the U.S. to start American networks thinking about investing in other weekly co-productions over the border, this CBS/CTV police drama stars Enrico Colantoni ("Veronica Mars") as the leader of an elite team that specialized in resolving hostage situations.
