Never mind that chief villain Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) died a few "Saw" chapters ago. His legend lives on – as does his image, thanks to flashbacks – in the latest edition of the horror franchise that tortures many of its characters, in the most literal and graphic sense.

Costas Mandylor returns as the police detective who carries on Jigsaw's modus operandi, this time targeting employees of a health insurance firm.
