Certainly the top new drama hit offered by network television last year, this CBS show brought charismatic Simon Baker the major success he's earned over past series and movie work.

Here, he plays Patrick Jane, an observational expert who was exposed for faking alleged psychic abilities in the past. Now working with a California investigation unit and a highly skeptical supervisor (Robin Tunney), he's haunted by a serial killer to whom he has a tragic personal connection.
