Sandra Bullock got back on the hit-comedy path with this tale of a driven publisher who learns her lack of a valid visa will send her back to her native Canada. Her options include finding an American husband fast, so she basically forces her assistant ( Ryan Reynolds, who actually IS Canadian) to become her fiance.
