The animated cat and mouse never will be mistaken for Judy Garland, but they get their own shot at a classic story in this made-for-video feature-length cartoon.
The basics are the same, as a tornado sweeps Dorothy and Toto out of Kansas and into a magical land with a yellow brick road ... but this time, Tom and Jerry are along for the trek. The Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion still are on hand, too. *** (Not rated) (Also on Blu-ray)
