'Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings'

If you've seen any of the previous films in the horror franchise, you know the basic setup, which still holds true here. Several young people make - all together, now - a wrong turn during a meant-to-be-carefree getaway, landing them at a sanatorium that has become the refuge for a cannibalistic family.
