Not unlike filmmaker Michael Moore in spirit -- but using their own style to do so -- "Andy Bichlbaum" and "Mike Bonanno" (actually Jacques Servin and Igor Vamos) try to get to the bottom of real-world crises by posing as people who make things happen, if not always to everyone's benefit, in this sequel.

Here, they particularly target out-of-control corporate spending, and their efforts to expose some genuine problems ... while potentially generating others. *** (Not rated: P)
