George Clooney isn't just a pretty face and spends most of his humanitarian award thank you speech bringing to light what's good about having celebrity -- being able to shine a light on important causes. He jokes about wardrobe malfunctions, but then calls attention to the Haitians, Sudanese. "Here's hoping some very bright person ... can find a way to keep the spolight burning long after the cameras go away. That would be an accomplishment." Perhaps slightly preachy, but coming from Clooney, who's laid back and not so judgey when delivering the message, we'll take it.
