Star will mash up football, 'Freaky Friday' films

Ashton Kutcher is about to get "Traded."

Kutcher just needs to sign on the dotted line, and he'll star in a film that adds football to your usual body-swapping hijinx, according to Variety. Assuming he doesn't fumble at the last second, Kutcher would play a star NFL quarterback who trades bodies with a 12-year-old boy. As is the norm with the genre, both men will presumably learn important life lessons.

Paramount will produce.

Kutcher, 31, starred in 2008's romantic comedy "What Happens in Vegas."
