Summit: Con-man comedy may fare better in spring

"The Brothers Bloom" are relocating.

Summit's con-man picture is being moved from its Dec. 19 limited-release drop date to May 15, according to The Hollywood Reporter. While mid-May is packed with big-budget movies, a spokesman says that should allow the more mature "Brothers Bloom" to draw adult audiences, according to the HR. Don't shed any tears for the production company; it has a huge hit currently in theaters with the vampire romance " Twilight."

"Brothers Bloom" star Mark Ruffalo has been in the news thanks to the shooting death of his brother. The movie, about sibling con men who attempt to play a beautiful woman, also stars Adrien Brody and Rachel Weisz.
