Alexis Dziena joins supporting cast that includes Josh Duhamel, Jon Heder and Danny DeVito

Kristen Bell is the star of the Disney romantic comedy "When in Rome," but "Invasion" veteran Alexis Dziena is the young lady who gets her to Rome in the first place.

According to Variety, Dziena will play the impetuous younger sister of Bell's character, who decided to get married in Rome on a whim. When Bell's character, a successful Manhattanite unable to find love, filches some coins from a love fountain, she finds herself with more suitors than she can handle.

Directed by "Daredevil" auteur Mark Steven Johnson, "When in Rome" features an eclectic supporting cast that includes Will Arnett, Jon Heder, Josh Duhamel, Danny DeVito, Anjelica Huston and Dax Shepard.

It's been several years since Dziena played Kira on ABC's short-lived "Invasion." Since then the "Broken Flowers" actress has appeared in "Sex and Breakfast" and the spring adventure comedy "Fool's Gold." She most recently completed work on "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist."
