Actor failed a field sobriety test

A scooter may not be the killing machine a car is, but Mickey Rourke found that he still has to drive it responsibly.

The "Sin City" actor was arrested driving under the influence while riding his Vespa scooter in Miami Beach early Thursday morning (Nov. 8), report local news reports.

Around 4:11 a.m., Rourke was spotted making a U-turn on a red light and then drove "weaving from the left lane to the right lane several times and then down the center of the roadway." After being pulled over, Rourke dismounted his 2007 green Vespa and asked the officer, "What the f*** did I do?"

According to reports, Rourke had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, and he failed a field sobriety test. At the time, the actor said, "I'm not drunk. I didn't even drink that much."

Rourke was arrested and jailed at the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center till the afternoon when he posted a $1,000 bond.

Rourke, 53, has a varied film resume that includes "Diner," "9 1/2 Weeks," "Angel Heart," "Barfly," "Once Upon a Time in Mexico," "Sin City" and "Domino."
