'Felicity' Star Tells 'Bedtime Stories'
Keri Russell joins Adam Sandler in family comedy
Directed by Adam Shankman ("Hairspray"), the Matt Lopez-scripted film focuses on a busy real estate developer, with no time for romance or a family, whose life chances when the bedtime stories he tells his niece start coming to life.
According to the industry trade papers, Russell will play the potential love interest for Sandler's character. We're sure it will be a meaty and nuanced role.
Production on "Bedtime Stories" will begin in February, with Disney hoping for an "Enchanted"-style release in late 2008.
In addition to her surprise summer hit "Waitress," Russell can currently be seen in "August Rush." The "Felicity" and "Eight Days a Week" star just finished work on the ensemble "The Girl in the Park."
