'Body Shots' actress' brother will direct

Tabloid favorite and "American Pie" star Tara Reid will star in and executive produce the romantic comedy "Honestly."

Tommy Reid, the actress' brother, has assembled an eclectic cast that also includes Vinnie Jones ("X-Men: The Last Stand") and former Tennessee Titans and Ohio State running back Eddie George.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film focuses on a private eye who poses as bait to tempt straying husbands. Of course, once she falls for her latest victim, everything changes.

Tom Vaughan scripted the comedy, which should go into production this summer in Los Angeles.

Reid has already finished work on the bowling comedy "7-10 Split," also directed by her brother. Her previous credits include "Alone in the Dark," "Josie and the Pussycats," "Body Shots" and the goofy E! travel show "Taradise."
