Reese Witherspoon buys the 'Pharm'
Reese Witherspoon is about to develop a drug problem.
The "Monsters vs. Aliens" star has signed on to lead the comedy "Pharm Girl," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie will follow Witherspoon's character, an idealistic young employee of a big-business medical conglomerate who, of course, learns the darker side of the industry.
Sounds pretty rote, but we're heartened by the fact that "Bad Santa" writers Glenn Ficarra and John Requa are working on this project.
