'Knocked Up' Co-Star Turns '17'
Leslie Mann joins Zac Efron in teen comedy
Directed by Burr Steers ("Igby Goes Down"), "17" takes a decidedly "Big"-esque peek at a grown male who rediscovers what it means to be 17 again. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Efron will play the main character in his teen incarnation, naturally, with Mann playing Scarlett, the adult character's wife.
Jason Filardi wrote the film, which will be produced by Adam Shankman and Jennifer Gibgot.
Mann has been married to comedy mogul Judd Apatow since 1997. After playing supporting roles in "The 40 Year-Old Virgin" and "Knocked Up," Mann is the leading lady in the Apatow-produced "Drillbit Taylor." Her other credits include "Big Daddy" and "Stealing Harvard."
