Mark Ruffalo's Brother Dies of Gunshot Wound

He died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on the same day suspect in the shooting had turned herself into police custody in Beverly Hills, report news sources.
Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, surrendered herself to authorities Monday after an arrest warrant went out for attempted murder and is being held without bail. Her friend Brian Burton Scofield, 29, arrived at BHPD also and was deemed a "person of interest" in the case. He was also taken into custody since it turns out he had past traffic violations.
The two will be held and questioned about the suspicious shooting on Dec. 1 that at Ruffalo's Beverly Hills condo that left him in critical condition before he succumbed to the gunshot wound.
Scott Ruffalo was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Marie Rose, a hairdresser and stylist, and Frank Lawrence Ruffalo, Jr., a construction painter, and was later raised in San Diego. He had three siblings, sisters Tania and Nicole, who are also hairdressers, and brother Mark, an actor known for his roles in "13 Going on 30," "Just Like Heaven" and "Blindness."
Ruffalo has held a California state cosmetology license since 1991 and was a well-known hairdresser who has worked at the Kenneth George salon in Santa Monica and Giuseppe Franco in Beverly Hills.
He was married to Luzelena Ruffalo, and was stepfather to her daughter, Lucinda.
