Can they recapture that 'Head in the Clouds' magic?

Off-screen loves Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend are planning their own personal "Gigli."

Oscar-winner Theron will join her less decorated significant other in "Battle in Seattle," a drama set against the backdrop of the 1999 World Trade Organization meeting in Seattle. The film, which Townsend wrote all by himself, focuses on an ensemble of demonstrators from all walks of life.

According to Production Weekly, Townsend will also make his directorial debut on the project.

Theron earned her second Oscar nod earlier this year for "North Country," following her win for 2003's "Monster." Up next for the "Aeon Flux" star is the drama "The Ice at the Bottom of the World."

Townsend spent a very brief period last fall starring in the ABC update of "Night Stalker." He previously co-starred with Theron in "Head in the Clouds," as well as briefly appearing in "Aeon Flux."
