In a touch of fashion irony, Lady Gaga’s marvelously over-the-top Victorian Goth outfit was designed by Jean Paul Gaultier, the man who made Madonna’s famous cone bra. Our favorite remark was made by her VMA date, Kermit the Frog, who said of Lady Gaga’s feathered neckpiece: “I’m just glad that’s not anyone I know.”
